Wstępuję do własnej partii
Ja sobie chyba założę partię. Nie jest to, zdaje się, sprawa skomplikowana. Wystarczy niewiele podpisów pod aktem erekcyjnym i już. Byłaby to partia bardzo ekskluzywna, gdyż jednoosobowa. Siłą rzeczy – wodzowska, więc nie targały by ją walki frakcyjne, a od koalicji z kimkolwiek stroniłbym jak od zarazy. Zapyta ktoś może – po ci ta partia? Już odpowiadam.
Znajomy opowiadał mi, że brał niedawno kredyt w banku. Niewielki, konsumpcyjny, z rzędu tych, które reklamowali w telewizji opowiastką, że rodzina niespodziewanie przyjechała na święta, więc pani domu potrzebowała nagłego zastrzyku gotówki by wykarmić cwanych głodomorów. No to znajomy też sięgnął po słuchawkę, całkiem jak facet w innej reklamie. Ależ oczywiście że panu pożyczymy – ucieszył się pracownik banku. No problemos muczaczo!
Bardzo dokładnie wymaglował jednak telefonicznie znajomego. Musiał podyktować numer swojego konta, różne pesele i inne duperele, co i nie dziwota, bo w banku musi być ordnung. Znajomy należy do pokaźnej grupy ludzi życiowo rozwichrzonych. Czuje wręcz fizyczny ból, gdy musi podać NIP, a o daty urodzenia członków jego rodziny lepiej go w ogóle nie pytać, bo nie był szczepiony przeciwko wściekliźnie. Niemniej zacisnął zęby i dyktował pokornie. Odpadł dopiero gdy pracownik banku zaczął odczytywać mu te słynne formułki, że wyraża zgodę na przetwarzanie swych danych adresowych, że świadom jest tego, iż jego dane mogą być zweryfikowane… etc. Słowem – ten zbiór sloganów, którymi opatrywane są w telewizji reklamy lekarstw. Chciał przerwać ten słowotok stwierdzeniem, że z góry godzi się na wszystko, byle nie katowano go tymi frazesami. Ale nic z tego – musiał je odsłuchać od gwizdka do gwizdka.
Popatrz jaka dysproporcja – mówił mi potem. Ile zachodu i strachów dla głupich kilku stów, a przecież gdybym był partią i zdefraudował naprawdę duże pieniądze, to nic by się nie stało.
Chodziło mu oczywiście o aferę LPR, która to partia praktycznie dziś już poza telewizją nie istnieje. Prokuratura prowadzi zaś przeciwko niej śledztwo, gdyż zgromadziła dowody świadczące o fałszowaniu umów na nigdy nie wykonane zlecenia, przez co liderzy tej partii wyprowadzili z jej kasy jakieś pokaźne sumy. Biorąc zaś pod uwagę fakt, że partie finansowane są z budżetu, to gdyby zarzuty okazały się trafne możnaby w skrócie powiedzieć, że LPR zwyczajnie okradła nas wszystkich. Uroda domniemanego przekrętu polega też i na tym, że osoba fałszująca dokumenty (stwierdził to grafolog) jest dziś zatrudniona w zarządzie telewizji publicznej, co oczywiście dowodzi fałszywości często powtarzanej tezy jakoby LPR opanowała “publiczną”.
Przypomnieliśmy też sobie przy okazji o ikonie Samoobrony, Renacie Beger, skazanej na jakiś śmieszny wyrok i to w “zawiasach” za fałszowanie podpisów na listach wyborczych. Jej też się to przestępstwo summa summarum opłaciło. Dzięki fałszerstwu dostała się bowiem do parlamentu, była przez całą kadencję prawodawcą, brała oczywiście sute apanaże, dzięki którym opłaciła swoje wykształcenie.
Ani ja, ani mój znajomy nie jesteśmy populistami. Zgadzamy się, że demokracja musi kosztować, choć czy aż tyle należy płacić partiom, by one istniały, to rzecz do dyskusji. Jest Natomiast jakaś nieprawdopodobna dysproporcja w ponoszeniu odpowiedzialności za czyny. Pojedynczy człowiek, który pomyli się w zeznaniu podatkowym dostaje w łeb obuchem. Ten sam człowiek, jeśli jest funkcjonariuszem partyjnym może awansować, a skazanie go za jawne fałszerstwo graniczy z cudem, lub ma wymiar symboliczny.
Dlatego zakładam własną partię. Odtąd, jeśli któryś z moich wierzycieli zechce bym oddał mu kasę, będę ryczał jak zarzynana bestia, że to prowokacja! Polityczna!

Oj Molu Molu, taki stary a taki naiwny. Żeby robić to co zamierzasz, wystarczy żebyś raz albo i dwa razy na tydzień pokazywał swoją fizys w jakiejś nieniszowej telewizji. A w NTO był nie jako felietonista, ale twarzą z pierwszej strony, choć z raz na miesiąc. Żadna partia do tego nie jest potrzebna. A jak ją sobie założysz, to będziesz sobie płacił składki, nic więcej. Bo nawet jak wejdziesz do parlamentu, to będziesz miał 1/460, a na dotację z budżetu potrzebujesz (o ile dobrze pamiętam) 3 %. A bez dotacji jako polityk możesz sobie nagwizdać.

No cóż, jedni widzą białe myszki, a inni pumy. Zresztą, ona rano tak głośno tupała, że pół wioski na nogi postawiła.

Hehe, zakładać nową partię to można było sobie jeszcze tak z 5-6 lat temu.
Teraz wszystkie partie są już założone i żadne nowe w parlamencie się nie pojawią, system polityczny jest zamknięty i odporny na zmiany. Ostatnie próby likwidacji finansowania partii z budżetu go nie zmienią, bo nowa ustawa została napisana tak niezdarnie, że Trybunał Konstytucyjny uchyli ją w ciągu kwadransa, a potem w TVN zmartwiony p. Tusk obwieści narodowi, że chcieli dobrze, ale wyszło jak zwykle. Jeśli obecna ordynacja wyborcza pozostanie bez zmian, to ja na żadne następne wybory w tym kraju już nie pójdę i wszystkich namawiam do tego samego. A był taki czas, że obruszałem się na ludzi mówiących o Polsce “ten kraj”…
